Whirling around my vulnerable mind, a mighty vortex of unrelenting chaotic emotion furiously wreaks havoc.For a moment, my body is overwhelmed by a torrent of sublime ecstasy, while my soul soars past the limitless sky.As I'm drenched in wondrous jubilation, thrillingly euphoric shivers stream down my back, arms, and legs.I'm submerged in undue optimism and feel invincible, as I unwisely cast necessary inhibitions overboard.Then, with the speed of a click, my ship abruptly flips, as I find myself in the midst of psychic turbulence.Plunged into the depths of a tumultuous sea of anguish and dysphoria, my soul is violently tossed and battered.Sinking in my stomach is a dreadful knot of angst, as the weight of untraceable sorrows pulls me deeper and deeper.Not knowing how to adequately cope, I lose all sense of hope, as even my lifeboat seems torn asunder.Nearing rock bottom, I'm suddenly propelled towards the surface. Temporarily, I experience much craved serenity.But, my respite is short lived, as a whirl of irrepressible anger and impetuous fury, swiftly drags me back under.While I drown, my blood, rushing through swollen veins, simmers then boils, and I become possessed with unspeakable rageMy heart pounds violently, and my head feels on the verge of bursting, as my vocal cords give voice to vicious wrath.I am repeatedly thrust in and out of severe and suffocating emotional states, forming a disruptive and debilitating pattern.As the cycle restarts, my soul is both relieved and elated to, once again, experience a gloriously rapturous ascension.But, this time, while leaving cloud nine, reality miraculously confronts me, and I come to recognize my urgent need for a rescue.Swallowing my pride, I consent to offered help. Having finally accepted a lifeline, I find comfort in shelter from the storm.
